Kitchen of the Woods

Saturday, October 19th

5:00pm - 9:00pm

Join us for an intimate and sensory dining experience where we will be embracing the colors, flavors, and aromas of Autumn. The inspiration for this special evening came about when Mario Buccellati, Emma Lutteral, and Victoria Kaputskaya foraged a massive chicken of the woods mushroom in upstate New York.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a warm apple cider while you meet your fellow guests. All of us will then take part in a hands on fresh pasta making class where you will learn the fundamentals of the making the dough and how to form a variety of shapes.

You will then enjoy a 7-course plant-based menu with complementary natural wine that includes different sensory experiences where we involve you in some of the final preparations of the dishes. After dinner, we will all share a digestive mulled wine where you can converse with the chefs.  To conclude the evening, you will leave with a gift bag of focaccia and a seasonal marmalade as a token of gratitude for joining us.
